We know how to cook and how to slay the floor, but somehow numbers have become a part of our job too. Most long weeks ended the same way – staring at a spreadsheet, manually entering numbers, hoping we’ll eventually learn something useful about how the biz was tracking. We do it because we know we should. Not because it helps. Not because it makes things clear. And definitely not ‘cause we enjoy it.

There had to be a better way. Enter Larry.

Larry’s a qualified chef turned data scientist with a PhD in quantitative behavioural psychology. (Wtf?!) Yeah – that means he’s very good at turning complex data into decisions people actually act on. He’s worked with the Cancer Council, Queensland Police and a bunch of universities, helping the big dogs make big changes based on his findings. Add in years of real hospo experience – front and back of house. He’s a unicorn. And the brain behind HospoCaddy.
